Refund Policy

At HUBBY U, we want you to love your purchase. Each item is made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners, which means we do not keep stock. Because of this, please read our refund and return policy carefully.


1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Since our products are custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

  • Please check size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • There is a printing error.

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the defective/damaged item.


3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.

  • After production begins, cancellations are not possible.


4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.


5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.
