At HUBBY U, we want you to love your purchase. Each item is made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners, which means we do not keep stock. Because of this, please read our refund and return policy carefully.
1. Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Please check size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

Your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

You receive the wrong item.

There is a printing error.

Your order number.
-
Photos of the defective/damaged item.
3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.

After production begins, cancellations are not possible.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your claim is approved:

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
5. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers.

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
